Purchasing Track: Best Practices

Sponsored by LBMX

Best Practices and Reverse Best Practices are historically the two most popular sessions at NCBA CLUSA’s National Purchasing Cooperatives Conference. We’re keeping these breakouts front-and-center at IMPACT 2017.

A crucial part of the conference, Best Practices is a breakout session group sharing opportunity that allows every attendee to share one idea that turned out to be a home run for their co-op. Attendees consistently report coming away with four to five actionable takeaways from their peers that can be applied to their own co-op.
