Don’t miss this opportunity to be part of a pivotal conversation on how co-ops are contributing to a more inclusive economy. During a discussion called “Economic Security for All: Co-ops and the Inclusive Economy,” Erbin Crowell, Executive Director of the Neighboring Food Co-op Association, will moderate a group of panelists including David Bissell, president and CEO of Kaua’i Island Utility Cooperative; Stanley Kuehn, NCBA CLUSA’s regional director for Latin America; and Robynn Shrader, CEO of National Co+op Grocers.

Completing our survey on co-ops and the inclusive economy by Thursday, April 27 is an additional opportunity to influence next week’s discussion in a meaningful way. The results of the survey will form the basis for our discussion.

The Annual Member Meeting & Virtual Town Hall also features an address by Board Chair Andrew Jacob, a Treasurer & Audit Report from Board Treasurer Helen Godfrey-Smith and a message from president and CEO Judy Ziewacz. The results of the 2017 NCBA CLUSA Board of Directors election will be announced during this meeting as well.
