The National Cooperative Business Association (NCBA) is the oldest and largest national cross sector association for cooperatives, professionals servicing co-ops, and supporters. For nearly 100 years, NCBA has been the leader in advocating for cooperatives on Capitol Hill, providing co-ops and individuals with networking opportunities, securing research and other benchmarking for the cooperative community and increasing business opportunities for its members.
Benefits
Membership Types
-
Individual
Individual membership is a great way to connect to an active community of your professional peers, while gaining insight into current and emerging issues. This type of membership is open to any "in-house” co-op professionals working for a regulated entity. Consultants and service providers are encouraged to apply for an Associate membership, but are not eligible to join as Individuals.
-
Organizational
This is your opportunity to bring the power of an NCBA membership to your entire organization. Organizational membership is a demonstration of professional leadership and a valuable investment in your co-op. This type of membership extends the benefits of individual membership to all employees within your organization and gives you a stronger presence within NCBA.
-
Associate
Associate membership is available to a select group of service providers and consultants who demonstrate a long-term commitment to NCBA and co-ops nationwide. As such, Associate membership is available on a company-wide or corporate level only. To maintain a healthy ratio of members to service providers, NCBA limits the number of seats available.
