The mission of the Cooperative Development Foundation (CDF), NCBA’s non-profit affiliate, is to promote community, economic and social development through cooperative enterprises.
CDF fulfills its mission in three significant ways:
- Raising and distributing funds for economic development projects.
- Building partnerships that create cooperative solutions to today's economic problems.
- Raising awareness of the role cooperatives play in the nation’s and world’s economies.
CDF administers the Cooperative Hall of Fame, which NCBA established, to honor those who have made genuinely heroic contributions to the cooperative community.
