DotCooperation LLC—or, dotCoop—is the global registry for the .coop top-level Internet domain which joined .com and .org on the Internet in January 2002. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of the National Cooperative Business Association with its own independent board of cooperative and credit union representatives from around the world.

Consistent with its vision to increase public awareness of co-ops, NCBA proposed the .coop domain to the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers to allow cooperatives to identify themselves as member-owned businesses on the Internet and to help consumers find the businesses they trust online. Approved in November 2000, only eligible cooperatives and co-op support organizations can register and use a .coop domain.
