NCBA and its members identify public policy projects that benefit all co-op sectors to address the needs of cooperative business. In the past, NCBA’s efforts led to successes such as the federally funded research project on the economic impact of cooperatives establishment and the Rural Cooperative Development Grant program established in the early 1990s.
